The Last Viceroy holds a rich legacy that began in 1986 when Matin, a talented chef deeply loved by the local community, first opened its doors. Over the years, his passion for food and dedication to creating exceptional flavors became the hallmark of the restaurant. Now under the stewardship of Matin’s sons, Emrul and Imaad, The Last Viceroy has been lovingly revived. With recipes recovered and perfected, the restaurant continues to deliver the special flavors that made it a local favorite, blending tradition with consistency and quality to delight every guest.
